ZOOM Mat classes have a maximum of 6 participants in the studio to keep everyone at a safe distance. Reservations are required for studio attendance.

Please confirm availability with the class instructor (listed below). All instructors are available for private pilates sessions. Call directly to arrange a mutually convenient meeting time.

In order to attend studio classes you MUST follow these...

  1. Masks covering mouth and nose REQUIRED

  2. Wash or sanitize hands upon arrival

  3. Temperature will be taken and recorded

  4. Socks are REQUIRED 

If you would like to, you can...

  1. Bring your own equipment 

  2. Bring a towel to cover the mat
