​Polestar Education was founded by President Brent D. Anderson,PhD, PT, OCS and co-founder Elizabeth Larkam, MA, Feldenkrais Practitioner in 1992.  Then, they identified the principles most common to Pilates and Pilates evolved practitioners. Further refining the Pilates Method with the latest research in biomechanics, motor learning, bioenergetics and communication advancements.
